We are recruiting for a fast-growing international organisation operating in the Sports Industry! Following significant growth across the UK and EMEA, we are looking for an experienced Senior People and Culture Manager to help shape and lead our clients' people agenda. This is a strategic and hands-on role for a confident HR leader who enjoys working in dynamic environments, partnering closely with senior stakeholders and building high-performing, engaged teams across multiple countries. You will lead the UK people function and manage an EMEA-based People Partner, ensuring alignment and consistency across regions.
THE ROLE
- Delivering a clear, data-led people strategy aligned to business objectives.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to the UK leadership team on all people-related matters.
- Leading workforce planning, organisational design and policy development across the UK and EMEA.
- Owning the UK recruitment strategy and ensuring an excellent candidate and employee experience.
- Driving learning, development, performance management and succession planning.
- Shaping culture, engagement, wellbeing and retention initiatives.
- Managing compensation and benefits in partnership with Finance and external providers.
- Overseeing HR systems, governance and complex employee relations cases.
- Line managing an EMEA People Partner and ensuring consistent standards across regions.
YOU
You will be a commercially minded, calm and credible HR professional who thrives in fast-paced, growing organisations. You will bring:
- CIPD qualification and 8+ years' experience in senior HR generalist or HRBP roles.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and experience working across EMEA.
- Proven experience delivering HR strategies that support business performance.
- Line management experience, including remote team members.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- A pragmatic, detail-oriented approach to complex situations.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English.
- A background in sport is not essential, but you should be collaborative, confident and comfortable working in a high-energy, team-focused environment.
