What you'll be doing:
- Leading end-to-end recruitment campaigns across key business areas
- Partnering with stakeholders to define hiring needs and provide expert guidance
- Managing the full process - from sourcing and shortlisting through to offer and onboarding
- Building and nurturing talent pipelines, particularly for high-volume or hard-to-fill roles
- Using data and market insight to improve hiring outcomes
- Ensuring recruitment systems and data are accurate and up to date
- Driving a consistent, fair, and high-quality recruitment experience
- Collaborating across the wider People team to continuously improve processes
What we're looking for:
- Proven in-house recruitment or talent acquisition experience at Advisor / Partner level (or similar)
- Experience managing complex or high-volume recruitment campaigns (20-25 live roles simultaneously)
- Strong direct sourcing and market mapping capability
- Confidence using data and insight to influence hiring decisions
- Ability to build credible relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
Desirable:
- Media or other fast-paced industry experience
- Exposure working on roles you have not hired for in the past - being able to quickly ascertain what good looks like in a new field!
