A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a Senior Talent Development Partner to join a leading organisation within the media and creative sector. This is a high-impact role shaping how talent is developed, supported and grown across a fast-paced, people-centric business.
This role sits at the heart of a central Talent function and will play a key part in designing and delivering development strategies that strengthen capability, drive performance, and enhance culture and engagement. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders, lead priority projects, and create connected, progressive development solutions that bring the talent strategy to life.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading key L&D projects such as career pathways, competency frameworks, leadership and management programmes, and performance development processes
- Designing and delivering innovative, engaging learning content and training sessions
- Partnering with teams to diagnose development needs and create targeted solutions
- Overseeing core programmes including internal L&D pathways and wellbeing initiatives
- Managing supplier relationships, budgets and programme effectiveness
- Producing insightful data, reports and recommendations to guide decision making
What we’re looking for:
- Strong background in learning and development, with experience in programme design, facilitation and evaluation
- Confident project leader with excellent planning and stakeholder management skills
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence, challenge and build trusted relationships
- Experience working in or with media, creative or fast-paced environments
- Curious, proactive and comfortable working autonomously
