We are partnering with a well-established, global SME within the creative sector, looking to hire a Senior HR Generalist to support their UK population, reporting into the HR Manager. This is a true generalist role with a broad remit across the full employee lifecycle, offering the opportunity to take ownership while remaining hands-on in a dynamic and evolving environment.
The business is looking for a proactive and adaptable individual who thrives in change and is comfortable operating with a high level of autonomy. While part of a wider team, this role requires someone who can work independently, take initiative, and confidently manage day-to-day HR operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the full employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding)
- Acting as the first point of contact for all HR queries
- Supporting payroll through a third-party provider
- Leading on employee relations
- Supporting restructures and redundancy processes
- Driving improvements across HR processes, policies and systems
- Supporting recruitment and wider people initiatives
What we are looking for:
- Strong HR generalist experience, ideally within an SME environment
- Solid ER experience, including exposure to restructures
- A hands-on, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work independently
