Our client has an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to Senior Management on a hybrid full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have supported up to C-Suite previously and, where possible, be available immediately or with a short notice period. The business is very fast-paced and PE backed, so someone who has worked in a similar company profile could be advantageous (but not essential). This position will be supporting multiple senior management.
Duties may include (but are not limited to):
- Complex diary management
- IT Suite support including Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe
- Day-to-day EA operations support
- Travel arrangements
- Minute taking, creating presentations, agendas
- Some day-to-day HR support
- Business administration and compliance
- Project support/co-ordination
- High profile stakeholder management
- Expenses, purchase orders etc.
- Support the wider EA team & business as needed
