We're supporting a global consumer technology brand seeking a Customer Story Coordinator to join their International Content & Social team. This role sits between Customer Stories and Social Media and is responsible for identifying, developing and coordinating authentic customer stories that can be used across marketing, PR and social channels.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone from a social media, community management, PR, communications or content coordination background who enjoys speaking with people, uncovering great stories and keeping multiple workstreams organised.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing incoming customer story submissions
- Reviewing and assessing stories for marketing and social media potential
- Speaking directly with customers via phone, email and video calls
- Building rapport and uncovering the full story behind customer submissions
- Coordinating customer approvals, permissions and documentation
- Maintaining accurate records within internal systems
- Supporting content and social teams by identifying high-potential stories
- Managing content trackers, workflows and administrative processes
- Supporting filming sessions and customer content projects where required
We're Looking For Someone With
- Experience in social media, community management, PR, communications or content coordination
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence speaking with customers and stakeholders
- An interest in storytelling and content marketing
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

- A proactive, self-starting attitude
