Location: London (Euston)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (35 hours)

The Opportunity

We are partnering with a growing, multi-brand professional services organisation undergoing significant transformation and investment. With strong backing and ambitious growth plans, this is an exciting opportunity to join a business that is evolving its people strategy and reward offering to support continued expansion. This role sits within a central Reward team and offers excellent exposure to senior stakeholders, along with the chance to shape and enhance benefits and pensions across a complex, multi-entity environment.

The Role

You will support both the day-to-day delivery and ongoing development of benefits and pensions, playing a key role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include:

  • Reward & Governance
    • Support the development and implementation of reward strategy
    • Provide insight into pay structures, job architecture, and reward frameworks
    • Ensure governance and compliance across benefits and pension schemes
    • Review and enhance benefits to ensure competitiveness
    • Contribute to wider recognition and total reward initiatives
  • Data, Insights & Reporting
    • Reconcile payroll with benefits and pensions on a monthly basis
    • Support forecasting through cost modelling and trend analysis
    • Produce dashboards and insights for senior stakeholders
    • Support annual reward cycles (salary review, bonus, incentives)
    • Lead on Gender Pay Gap reporting, from data through to narrative
    • Drive improvements in data quality, reporting, and processes

About You

You will bring a strong analytical mindset combined with commercial awareness, and a genuine interest in reward and benefits. You are likely to have:

  • Experience in reward, benefits, or pensions analysis
  • Strong data and analytical skills, including modelling and reporting
  • Experience supporting salary reviews, bonus or incentive processes
  • Knowledge of governance and compliance within benefits and pensions
  • Exposure to payroll reconciliation and statutory reporting

You will be:

  • Highly detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy
  • Comfortable translating data into clear, actionable insight
  • A confident communicator, able to engage senior stakeholders
  • Proactive, curious, and motivated to improve processes
