A global professional services organisation is looking for a Benefits Advisor to join their growing HR Reward team based in London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with Reward & Benefits experience who is looking to gain broader global exposure within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. The role will support the delivery and evolution of the organisation's global benefits offering, working closely with brokers, providers and key stakeholders across the business.
You will play a key role in annual renewals, benefits communications, employee engagement initiatives and reward-related projects, while helping to ensure the firm's benefits offering remains competitive and aligned to business strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Support the delivery and management of global employee benefits programmes
- Coordinate annual benefit renewals with external providers and brokers
- Drive engagement with the total reward offering through creative communications and initiatives
- Analyse benefits data and provide insights to support decision making
- Support reward and recognition initiatives across the business
- Maintain benefits policies, documentation and compliance processes
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Assist with wider reward projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Previous experience within a Reward, Compensation & Benefits or Benefits Advisor role
- Strong understanding of employee benefits administration and renewals
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong Excel and data analysis capability
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Experience within professional services, legal or corporate environments would be advantageous
