We are seeking an experienced Administrative Business Partner / Executive Assistant to support three Senior Directors based across Africa.
This is a highly visible role that requires exceptional organisational skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple time zones.
As a trusted partner to senior leadership, you will play a key role in optimising executive time, coordinating complex schedules and travel, and supporting strategic projects and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex and ever-changing executive calendars across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas and itineraries.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, briefing materials and meeting documentation.
- Process expenses, invoices, purchase orders and reimbursements.
- Organise internal and external events, leadership meetings, off-sites and team activities.
- Support project delivery, stakeholder coordination and issue resolution.
- Drive culture and engagement initiatives across international teams.
- Partner with workplace and facilities teams on office space and accommodation requests.
About You
- Proven experience supporting senior executives within a global organisation.
- Advanced diary management and international travel coordination skills.
- Strong event planning and project coordination experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion.
- Experience supporting leaders across multiple regions and time zones.
