The Project Manager will support the execution of Electric Vehicle Charging Point installation programs across all European sites, with a primary focus on supply chain coordination and contractor compliance management. This role ensures seamless alignment between equipment delivery timelines and on-site execution schedules while maintaining rigorous safety and compliance standards.
The day-to-day involves coordinating the supply chain and contractor compliance for Electric Vehicle Charging Point installations across European sites. You'll track delivery timelines for high voltage substations and AC/DC chargers, coordinate with vendors to align equipment delivery with installation schedules, and manage the Avetta WorkSite Safety platform to ensure all contractors meet compliance requirements. Daily activities include updating project trackers, reviewing Risk Assessment Method Statements, verifying worker compliance documentation, and facilitating communication between procurement, execution teams, EHS, and vendors.

Must-haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Project Management
- 3-5 years' experience in supply chain coordination, project management, or contractor management
- Fluency in English
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Project
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities
Preferred:
- Additional European language skills
- Experience with electrical infrastructure or construction projects
- Familiarity with safety compliance processes and contractor management systems (Avetta is a plus)
- Experience in fast-paced, multi-site environments
