We’re partnering with a well-known media organisation to appoint a Senior People Manager to join their established People team on a 14 month maternity cover contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment and enjoys being truly hands-on across employee relations and manager coaching.

- Managing challenging stakeholder conversations
- Performance and conduct cases
- Sickness and absence management
- Flexible working requests

- Previous exposure within Media environments
- A calm, pragmatic and solutions-focused approach
- Experience supporting fast paced creative populations and/or working within unionised environments would be highly advantageous, although flexibility can be shown here.
