We’re partnering with a well-known media organisation to appoint a Senior People Manager to join their established People team on a 14 month maternity cover contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment and enjoys being truly hands-on across employee relations and manager coaching.

  • Managing challenging stakeholder conversations
  • Performance and conduct cases
  • Sickness and absence management
  • Flexible working requests

This role is heavily ER focused and relationship-led, with a real focus on BAU people support rather than project work.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Confidence influencing and coaching senior stakeholders
  • Previous exposure within Media environments
  • A calm, pragmatic and solutions-focused approach
  • Experience supporting fast paced creative populations and/or working within unionised environments would be highly advantageous, although flexibility can be shown here.

We’re particularly interested in speaking with individuals who may be:

  • Coming to the end of a contract in June and able to start in July
