The People and Culture team is at the heart of creating an environment where their people thrive. The team of 6, led by a Head of People Partnering, are a high-performing team that value collaboration and an innovative mindset!

About the Role

As a People Business Partner, you will work closely with Technology and Marketing leaders to deliver strategic and operational people solutions that enable teams to achieve the business goals. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will influence engagement, performance, and development while shaping the culture.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with Senior Leadership for Marketing and Technology to translate business needs into practical, people-focused outcomes, empowering teams to thrive.
  • Provide pragmatic, expert HR advice and solutions that are aligned with organisational goals and elevate employee experience.
  • Lead employee relations matters with fairness and consistency, building trust across the business.
  • Drive people initiatives that promote engagement, wellbeing, inclusion, and performance.
  • Harness data and insights to inform decisions and measure impact.

About You

  • Proven experience as a People Business Partner or senior HR generalist.
  • Strong employment law knowledge and ability to manage change.
  • Skilled in building relationships and influencing at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on delivery capability.
  • Passionate about enabling people to perform at their best.

Desired but not essential: experience working within a Tech or Marketing business, or partnering with those client groups.
