A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading global media organisation on an initial 6-month temporary contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to specialise within HR Operations, rather than a generalist HR role.
Reporting into the HR Operations Director, you'll act as the first point of contact for employees and managers across a diverse EMEA population of approximately 250 employees. You'll support the full employee lifecycle, ensuring a seamless HR service while partnering closely with Payroll, HR Business Partners and Centres of Excellence. The remit covers Finland, Norway, Germany, Israel, Slovakia and the Netherlands, making previous EMEA and Nordic HR Operations experience highly desirable.
You'll be responsible for onboarding, contractual changes, HR data management, responding to employee queries, offboarding, and driving continuous improvements across HR processes while ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
This role would suit someone with strong HR Operations or Shared Services experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment and is passionate about delivering an outstanding employee experience. A strong commitment to confidentiality, compliance, and high professional standards is essential.
