We're partnering with a globally respected research and policy organisation to find an experienced Graphic Designer for an initial 3–4 month freelance contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for a designer with a strong publishing background who genuinely enjoys long-form editorial design and complex typesetting work. You'll be working across high-profile reports, publications and digital assets — transforming complex research, data and written content into visually engaging, highly polished outputs.

Key Experience Required:

  • Advanced Adobe InDesign skills with strong long-document workflow experience
  • Proven background in long-form typesetting within publishing/editorial environments
  • Experience working on data-heavy reports, publications or annual reports
  • Strong skills across Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Ability to turn Excel-based data into compelling visual storytelling
  • Experience preparing print-ready artwork and managing preflight checks
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Experience within think tanks, publishing, policy, research, government or non-profit sectors would be advantageous.
