We're looking for an HR-Led ERP Transformation & Adoption Consultant to support large‐scale ERP and Shared Services transformations across global organisations.
The Role
You'll help clients successfully adopt HR-Led ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle or Workday, focusing on the HR, people, process and change side of transformation. You'll translate system design into business‐ready ways of working and ensure users are enabled, confident, and productive at go‐live and beyond.
What You'll Do
- Support ERP and GBS transformation programmes
- Design future‐state processes, roles and service models
- Drive user adoption through training, enablement and change activities
- Support testing, cutover readiness and hypercare
- Facilitate workshops and work with global stakeholders
- Contribute to proposals, internal initiatives and thought leadership
About You
- Experience with ERP transformations or Shared Services environments
- Strong process, change and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable explaining complex topics to non‐technical audiences
- Experience designing training or adoption materials
- Happy working in agile or hybrid delivery environments
