Our client is a leading global organisation driving innovation and collaboration across Technology, currently looking for a People Partner to join their team! The team of 6, led by a Head of People Partnering, are a high-performing team that value collaboration and an innovative mindset!
As a People Business Partner, you’ll work closely with Technology and Marketing leaders to deliver strategic and operational people solutions that enable teams to achieve the business goals. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll influence engagement, performance, and development while shaping the culture.
- Partner with Senior Leadership for Marketing and Technology to translate business needs into practical, people-focused outcomes, empowering teams to thrive.
- Provide pragmatic, expert HR advice and solutions that are aligned with organisational goals and elevate employee experience.
- Lead employee relations matters with fairness and consistency, building trust across the business.
- Drive people initiatives that promote engagement, wellbeing, inclusion, and performance.
- Harness data and insights to inform decisions and measure impact.
Proven experience as a People Business Partner or senior HR generalist. Skilled in building relationships and influencing at all levels.
Desired but not essential: experience working within a Tech or Marketing business, or partnering with those client groups.
Key skills: Communication, Agility, Influence, Stakeholder Management, Commercial Awareness.
