I’m partnering with a global technology and advertising platform to hire a Strategic Partnerships Development Manager focused on Big Six media agency partnerships and programmatic SSP growth.
This role sits right at the intersection of agency relationships, programmatic advertising, and adtech commercialisation — ideal for someone who’s worked closely with media agencies and knows how SSP solutions actually get adopted.
The roleYou’ll own senior relationships with global media agency groups, acting as a strategic partner while driving the commercial growth of SSP solutions across agency programmatic teams. This is a hands-on partnerships role with real autonomy, senior stakeholder exposure, and influence across a complex, global organisation.
What you’ll be doing- Managing and deepening relationships with Big Six holding company agencies
- Driving SSP adoption and growth across agency programmatic and trading teams
- Developing partner strategies, identifying new opportunities, and shaping go-to-market approaches
- Owning the end-to-end partnership lifecycle: pitching, negotiation, contracting, activation, and optimisation
- Working cross-functionally with product, commercial, legal, and technical teams
- Tracking performance, forecasting growth, and managing executive-level relationships
- 4+ years’ experience working with media agencies in programmatic advertising / adtech
- Background in agency partnerships, programmatic partnerships, SSP, DSP, exchange, or adtech platform roles
- Strong understanding of how agencies operate and how programmatic buying works
- Proven experience commercialising adtech or programmatic solutions
- Confident working with senior agency stakeholders and navigating complex environments
- You’re not selling media — you’re shaping agency strategy around SSP technology
- Exposure to global agency groups and senior decision-makers
