We are partnering with a global technology organisation to hire a Senior Content Designer to join a team focused on Android security and privacy experiences. This is an opportunity to shape how millions of users interact with critical security and privacy features across one of the world's most widely used mobile platforms. You'll collaborate closely with Product Designers, Engineers, Researchers, Product Managers, Legal and Privacy teams to create intuitive, user-centred experiences that help users understand and control their digital security.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design clear, effective content for Android security and privacy features.
- Develop user-centred content strategies that simplify complex technical concepts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, legal, privacy and research.
- Create content frameworks, patterns and guidance that scale across product experiences.
- Use research, data and user insights to inform content decisions.
- Drive consistency across user journeys while advocating for the user experience.
- Present and defend content decisions using evidence and user-centred reasoning.
What We're Looking For
- Significant experience in Content Design, UX Writing or Product Content Design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end content design projects, including problem, approach and outcome.
- Experience working on mobile products (Android experience highly desirable).
- Experience designing content for security, privacy, authentication, account management, trust & safety or related user experiences.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working across multiple disciplines.
- Proficiency with Figma.
- Comfortable working within globally distributed teams.
Nice to Have
- Android platform experience.
- Experience with content management systems, string management tools or localisation workflows.
- Experience within large-scale consumer products, SaaS, fintech or e-commerce environments.
