We’re partnering with a cutting-edge AI tech scale-up at the forefront of innovation, looking to hire a Talent Attraction expert/Sourcer to support the growth of their AI/Tech function. This is a high-impact role where you will play a key part in sourcing world-class teams within a fast-scaling, mission-driven environment. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, driving hiring strategy working closely with the TA Tech team.
The Role
- Partner closely with senior leaders to shape and deliver hiring strategy
- Proactively source and engage top-tier talent in competitive markets across ML/Software
- Use data and insights to drive continuous improvement across hiring processes
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador
- Contribute to wider talent projects (employer branding, events, process improvements)
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience designing and leading global talent attraction strategies in tech space
- Background in a high-growth or scale-up environment within AI/tech
- Strong experience in proactive sourcing and talent attraction strategies
- Ability to operate as a true business partner to senior stakeholders
- Data-driven mindset with experience using ATS/CRM systems
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Experience contributing in employer branding
