We are partnering with a leading UK consumer technology and digital services organisation that is investing heavily in the evolution of its subscription-based digital products and customer experiences. They are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join an established cross-functional product team and play a key role in shaping both enhancements to existing customer journeys and the design of entirely new product experiences. This is an opportunity to work on products used by millions of consumers, helping define how customers discover, purchase, manage and engage with subscription services.
The Role
- Working alongside Product Managers, Researchers, Engineers and fellow Designers, you will take ownership of product initiatives from discovery through to delivery.
- You'll be responsible for understanding customer needs, validating opportunities through research, creating intuitive user experiences and supporting engineering teams as solutions are brought to life.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading UX and product discovery activities
- Planning and conducting user research
- Creating user flows, wireframes and interactive prototypes
- Designing end-to-end customer journeys
- Testing and validating concepts with users
- Collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams
- Supporting delivery through implementation and launch
- Using customer insights and data to inform design decisions
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Product Designer, Senior Product Designer or UX/Product Designer
- Strong UX capability with a passion for solving complex customer problems
- Experience conducting and interpreting user research
- Ability to take products from discovery through to delivery
- Strong prototyping and interaction design skills
- Experience working within Agile product teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and measurable outcomes
Highly Desirable
- Experience designing subscription, membership or recurring revenue products
- Experience working on customer onboarding, retention or upgrade journeys
- Consumer digital product experience
- FinTech, Financial Services or Digital Marketplace experience
- Experience working within data-led product environments
