Our client is a global entertainment provider and they are building out their Emerging Business Sales Solutions team. This is an exciting opportunity to join the team in its early stages, helping to shape processes and scale operations across programmatic activation.
The Role
- You’ll be responsible for ensuring campaigns are set up, activated, and optimised correctly when buyers or agencies run activity via DSPs.
- Manage and activate programmatic campaigns from DSP partners.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent.
- Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives.
- Collaborate with agencies and buyers to deliver smooth campaign launches.
- Troubleshoot campaign issues (technical and commercial).
- Maintain weekly internal reporting and spend analysis.
- Present in client meetings and communicate directly with agencies.
- Ensure creative specs, targeting, and deal types are set up correctly.
To be considered you must have:
- 4–7 years’ experience in programmatic advertising.
- Background in a DSP or agency-side programmatic role.
- Strong understanding of programmatic deal types, DSP platforms, and campaign activation.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with confidence in reporting and data interpretation.
- Excellent communication skills – email and client-facing.
- Technical awareness (e.g. troubleshooting tags, beacons, dashboard discrepancies).
- Languages are a plus but not required (all comms are in English).
