We're partnering with a leading global technology organisation seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to support the growth of enterprise business solutions across EMEA. This is a highly execution-focused role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys bringing large-scale marketing programmes to life.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of regional and global marketing programmes
- Deliver integrated marketing campaigns across content, digital, email, events, and sales enablement channels
- Manage flagship events, executive roundtables, customer programmes, and industry activations
- Develop marketing assets including case studies, email campaigns, one-pagers, social content, and customer success stories
- Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Creative, Partnerships, and Communications teams
- Manage campaign calendars, project plans, budgets, vendors, and operational workflows
- Track campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimisation and future improvements
- Research market trends, competitor activity, sponsorship opportunities, and emerging technologies
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years' experience in B2B Marketing, Enterprise Marketing, or Field Marketing
- Strong experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns from brief through delivery
- Proven event marketing experience, including in-person and virtual events
- Experience working within SaaS, Enterprise Software, Cloud, Technology, or Digital Platforms
- Strong stakeholder and project management skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Creative teams
- Strong analytical skills and experience measuring campaign performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders
Preferred Experience
- Enterprise Software, SaaS, Cloud, AI, Messaging, or Technology sectors
- Salesforce, Adobe, Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, HubSpot, Atlassian, Oracle, or similar environments
- Experience managing sponsorships, speaker programmes, and industry conferences
- Experience working across multiple EMEA markets
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Salesforce
