A global consultancy is growing its Enterprise & HR Transformation practice and seeking an HR-focused ERP Transformation Consultant/Senior Consultant to support clients on major Shared Services, AI-driven and ERP-enabled change programmes. This is an opportunity to shape next-generation HR and GBS operating models, delivering transformation across SAP, Oracle, Workday and digital adoption platforms.
The Role
You will partner with clients to assess current HR/GBS capabilities, design future-state operating models, and drive ERP-enabled transformation programmes. The role spans business readiness, behavioural change, digital adoption, communication strategies, training design and deployment across large-scale ERP programmes. You will collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure seamless implementation, strong governance and successful user adoption.
What You’ll Do
- Support ERP adoption across SAP, Oracle, Workday and related platforms.
- Lead business readiness, user adoption and behaviour-change activities.
- Use digital adoption and AI-led tools to optimise user experience.
- Develop training, communication and enablement strategies.
- Manage phased rollouts, pilots and iterative deployment cycles.
- Provide governance, risk management and project control.
- Contribute to bids, proposals, propositions and internal development initiatives.
About You (must-haves)
- Background in consultancy (current or recent).
- Strong understanding of ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday) and their role in GBS/Shared Services.
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation programmes.
- Experience with digital adoption platforms and user-centric enablement.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and change expertise.
- Ability to work in a matrix environment and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
