The opportunity
A well-known name in media is looking for a senior people professional to take ownership of HR across its London business. It’s a visible, varied role for someone who enjoys being the go-to person: trusted by leaders, approachable for colleagues, and comfortable moving between the practical day-to-day and the bigger picture.
You’ll work in a creative, fast-moving environment where people really matter to the business, and you’ll have the room to make the role your own.
What you’ll be doing
- Acting as a trusted people advisor to colleagues and managers across the business
- Handling a broad mix of people matters with confidence, judgement and a personal touch
- Helping the business navigate change and keep its culture strong
- Bringing commercial thinking to how the company attracts, supports and keeps great people
What we’re looking for
- Solid generalist HR experience at a senior level, ideally within a busy, dynamic organisation
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations
- Credibility with senior stakeholders, and the confidence to challenge when needed
- Someone who is as happy rolling their sleeves up as thinking strategically
- Media, entertainment or creative industry experience is a plus, but not essential
