We’re looking for a confident HR Advisor to support the HRBP and HR Manager within a large, fast-paced People Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to build on their generalist experience and gain more exposure to HR partnering.

You’ll provide hands-on support across a range of activities, including change and redundancy programmes. Ideal for someone with strong end-to-end HR experience, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, collaborative approach.

  • Strong generalist HR experience (ideally at Senior HR Advisor level)
  • Exposure to change and redundancy activity
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Confident handling employee relations queries and supporting HR projects
  • Experience in a large or matrix organisation
  • Available to start quickly (short to no notice preferred)
