Strategic HR Business Partner 18 Month FTC £85,000 to £95,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits Hybrid Working – Oxfordshire (c.2 days per week)

We are partnering with a well-established UK organisation currently undergoing significant transformation. This is a strategic HRBP role where you will be supporting a Technology client group so technology knowledge is crucial for this role.

Working closely with the HR Director and senior technology leadership team, this role will play a key part in driving:

  • Strategic workforce planning
  • Organisational change
  • Leadership capability

A key priority for this role will be establishing and driving a robust strategic workforce planning approach across the Technology function. The business is looking for someone able to bring structure, challenge and long-term thinking to workforce and capability planning within a fast-evolving environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic workforce planning
  • Organisational design and transformation
  • Change management
  • Performance and talent strategy
  • Coaching and influencing senior technology leaders
  • Building structure, governance and long-term planning capability

Requirements:

  • Extensive strategic workforce planning experience
  • Proven change and transformation capability
  • Experience operating within agile, evolving environments

This role would suit an experienced Senior HRBP or HR Director-level professional who is comfortable remaining hands-on whilst operating strategically.

Please note a car is required due to office location.
