Career Moves Group I B Corp™ is partnering with a well-known media organization to appoint a Senior People Manager for a 14-month maternity cover contract. This heavily ER-focused role involves supporting a large editorial client group of circa 960 employees, coaching managers, and managing complex employee relations matters.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with high-volume ER cases and confidence in influencing senior stakeholders. The position requires working in central London three days a week, starting July 1st, 2026.
