Reports to: Head of Contingent Talent
Our Contingent Talent team recruits top talent into contract positions at brands such as Google, Amazon, Meta, Netflix, Workday, The BBC, and 10 other household name clients! You'll be at the heart of the team, helping to make sure that all administrative processes run smoothly and the team can focus on finding top talent to fill roles. We're looking for someone who can lead the compliance for onboarding of new contract workers, and make sure they have a stellar candidate experience. You'll also be helping to source candidates for roles such as 'Partner Marketing Manager' or 'Software Engineer', so you'll get a great foundational understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensure all candidate files are complete and compliant
- Run background checks, ensuring they are complete in a timely manner
- Upload job roles to the CRM system
- Writing and posting job adverts
- Manage onboarding and offboarding duties for candidates on a large scale
- Carry out right to work checks on placed candidates
- Respond to candidate queries via phone, email and VC
- Ensure Active/inactive candidates are filed correctly within internal systems
- Archive candidates no longer seeking employment
- Attend 1:1 meetings with HO Contingent Talent
- Attend company, team and client meetings as required
- Resource active & passive candidates using job boards and social media for live and future requirements
- Book relevant candidates in for registrations
- Book interviews for candidates; send out confirmations with client address and useful information
Sourcing:
- Build a bank of relevant candidates for the team, in line with live or future roles you may work on
- Resource active & passive candidates using LinkedIn recruiter, job boards and social media for live and future requirements
- Be in tune with industry trends and developments
- Be enthusiastic to learn and develop knowledge at all times
- Be aware of team targets and continually be aiming to assist in hitting and exceeding these
- Speak to relevant candidates about roles and with their consent provide a shortlist to the team
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months admin/co-ordination/reception experience – ideally in a recruitment/HR/sales/customer service environment
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confidence in dealing with individuals at various levels of seniority
- Naturally organized yet flexible in leading a busy and variable workload
- Able to prioritize with ease
- Solutions-driven, creative and resourceful when solving challenges
