This individual will be responsible for sourcing and qualifying talent that meets company and client criteria. Responsibilities:

  • Actively source, screen, and qualify candidates
  • Manage the full candidate lifecycle, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all candidates, including those not selected for roles
  • Manage client needs and expectations while delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the market
  • Develop and maintain a strong personal brand that reflects the company’s values and reputation
  • Maintain a high level of organisation, professionalism, and attention to detail across all recruitment activities
  • Uphold high standards of quality, integrity, and accountability in all aspects of work
  • Actively support and contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and hiring practices
  • Continuously work to improve recruitment efficiency and outcomes
  • Willingness to work overtime when required to meet business demands and deadlines
