Overview:

Our team is new and yet faced with the ambitions of building highly performant advertising systems and delivering high impact to our business by monetizing our incredible slate of content. As one of the newest entrants in the Connected TV advertising space that’s rapidly growing, we seek to build unique value propositions that help us differentiate from the competition and become a market leader in record time.

The Advertising team is seeking a Product Operational Analyst to join the Advertising Product team. The Advertising Product Operations team accelerates product outcomes by building and enabling the systems, tools, and processes to grow the rapidly scaling ads products. You will partner with Product, Product Commercialization, TPM, and Engineering to analyze operational data, develop insights, and improve operational processes.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Analyse data from operational systems such as UserVoice, Jira, and AirTable to support decision-making.
  • Create insights and reporting on operational performance to drive improvements.
  • Maintain high data fidelity in operations tools to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Engineers, DSE, and XD, to ensure data quality and support product development.
  • Collaborate with the Product Commercialization team to align operational activities with business goals.
  • Various analytical and operational tasks to support the Product organization.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Product Operations, Management Consulting, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience with tools such as UserVoice, Jira, AirTable, Zendesk, and Google Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
  • Knowledge of the advertising technology industry is a plus.
