This is a rare opportunity to join a developing greenfield Procurement function, managing approximately $150m of global third-party spend and helping to shape procurement strategy across the business.
As Procurement Director – Indirect, you will lead sourcing and supplier management activity across key spend categories including HR, Travel, Professional Services, Legal and Finance, driving commercial value, cost optimisation, and supplier performance in a fast-paced international environment.
Key Responsibilities Partner with senior business leaders to develop and execute procurement strategies across a broad range of indirect spend categories.
Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including supplier identification, evaluation, selection, and commercial negotiations to secure best-value outcomes.
Build and maintain effective supplier relationships to support service quality, performance, and long-term value creation.
Deliver measurable cost savings, cost avoidance, and commercial improvement initiatives aligned to business objectives.
Develop and maintain supplier risk and governance frameworks for critical third-party vendors.
Support the ongoing enhancement of the procurement function, including processes, policies, systems, and operating model improvements.
Drive supplier performance management activities, ensuring appropriate controls, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives are in place.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to influence procurement decisions and maximise commercial value across the organisation.
