We’re partnering with a purpose-led organisation to hire a Programme Manager to lead strategic delivery initiatives and establish a robust PMO function. This is a high-impact role, sitting close to senior leadership, with responsibility for driving cross-functional programmes and improving organisational delivery capability.

The Role

  • Lead planning, delivery, tracking and reporting across a portfolio of strategic programmes.
  • Own and maintain organisation-wide project roadmaps, dependencies and risks.
  • Provide financial oversight, budget tracking and strategic reporting to senior stakeholders.
  • Strengthen governance, reporting frameworks and delivery discipline.
  • Support the setup and development of a PMO function, tools and processes.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment, delivery and stakeholder engagement.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience managing complex, organisation-wide programmes.
  • Experience building or contributing to PMO structures and delivery frameworks.
  • Strong financial management and reporting capability.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Highly organised, analytical, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
