Our client in the TV & Film Production space is looking for an immediate start PA & Administrator to support principle and business with day to day business operations and PA support. This role will be hybrid and is based in North London. This role may require some out of hours work ad hoc if needed. The ideal candidate may have worked in a similar role in a creative or TV / Film production industry, be available immediately and on going. This is a full time temporary position that may be long term. This role will include business & personal support in a confidential environment.
Duties may include ( but not limited to ) :
- Diary management & daily schedule management including appointments and correspondence.
- Screen, prioritise, and respond to emails, calls, and meeting requests.
- Prepare professional documentation as required.
- Administration support across the business
- Liaise with business associates, lawyers, accountants, and other advisors.
- Oversee small office operations
- Support event planning, travel logistics, and business meetings.
- Coordinate travel itineraries (flights, hotels, transfers) for both personal and professional trips.
- Maintain discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Other Ad Hoc duties as required by the business.
