Community Engagement Program Manager – UK (Remote)

Salary: £76,000 per annum (£36.54 per hour, inside IR35)

Contract: 12 months (05/01/2026 – 05/01/2027)

Hours: 40 per week

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Community Engagement Program Manager to join a global matrix company. You’ll play a key role in fostering a positive employee experience by partnering with Employee Resource Groups across EMEA and APAC, driving impactful heritage month programming, and streamlining engagement processes.

You’ll manage end-to-end event delivery, coordinate heritage month campaigns, and support ERG leaders with recruitment, communications, and budget management. This role suits a proactive, highly organised individual with strong stakeholder management skills, excellent communication, and a passion for inclusion and belonging.

Requirements:

• 5–7 years’ experience in program or project management
• Background in HR, employee engagement, or DEI programs
• Proven experience supporting resource groups and delivering events globally

Experience working across global, matrixed organisations is highly desirable.
