Sourcer/Talent Attraction – AI Tech Scale-Up | London | Hybrid (3 days onsite) Permanent | Salary c £80k + generous package

We’re partnering with a cutting-edge AI tech scale-up at the forefront of innovation, looking to hire a Talent Attraction expert/Sourcer to support the growth of their AI/Tech function. This is a high-impact role where you will play a key part in sourcing world-class teams within a fast-scaling, mission-driven environment. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, driving hiring strategy working closely with the TA Tech team.

The Role

  • Partner closely with senior leaders to shape and deliver hiring strategy
  • Proactively source and engage top-tier talent in competitive markets across ML/Software
  • Use data and insights to drive continuous improvement across hiring processes
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador
  • Contribute to wider talent projects (employer branding, events, process improvements)

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience designing and leading global talent attraction strategies in tech space
  • Background in a high-growth or scale-up environment within AI/tech
  • Strong experience in proactive sourcing and talent attraction strategies
  • Ability to operate as a true business partner to senior stakeholders
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using ATS/CRM systems
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
  • Experience contributing in employer branding
