A leading international organisation is looking for an experienced HR Advisor/HR Operations Specialist to join them on a short-term FTC, supporting a busy period across their UK people function.
The Role
You’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day HR operations, delivering a great employee experience while keeping everything compliant and running smoothly. Expect a mix of ER, onboarding, HR systems work and general HR support for a fast-paced, regulated environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing ER cases including performance, sickness and consultation processes
- Handling onboarding, right-to-work checks, background checks and benefits admin
- Ensuring HR compliance and accurate data management across systems (Workday experience a big plus)
- Updating templates, guides and intranet content
- Supporting HR reporting, metrics and continuous improvement
- Partnering with shared services and HRBPs to deliver the HR roadmap
- Staying up to date with employment law changes and maintaining full confidentiality
