We are recruiting for an experienced Property Manager to join a global organisation undergoing an exciting period of workplace transformation and property portfolio optimisation. This is a high-impact role responsible for managing a multi-site property portfolio, driving cost-saving initiatives, leading office relocations, and ensuring workplaces are aligned with current and future business needs.
The Opportunity
You will take ownership of property strategy across a large international office portfolio, identifying opportunities to optimise space utilisation, reduce costs, improve operational efficiency, and support major workplace change projects.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Property portfolio management and rationalisation
- Delivering measurable cost savings and efficiency improvements
- Leading office moves, relocations and consolidation projects
- Managing landlord, supplier and contractor relationships
- Contract negotiation and tender processes
- Budget management, financial analysis and reporting
- Developing business cases and strategic property recommendations
- Supporting workplace transformation and change management initiatives
About You
You’ll bring:
- Significant experience in property, workplace, facilities or estates management
- A strong track record of delivering commercial savings and operational improvements
- Experience managing office relocations and workplace change programmes
- Excellent supplier and contract management skills
- Strong financial and budget management capability
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Professional qualification such as IWFM, MRICS or equivalent (desirable)
