We are supporting a global enterprise organisation undergoing a large-scale technology transformation and are seeking an experienced PMO Manager to join an established programme team.
This is a hands-on PMO leadership role supporting a complex, multi-workstream transformation focused on technology standardisation, governance and operational efficiency across multiple regions and business units.
You will be responsible for governance, executive reporting, delivery assurance and stakeholder management across a defined portfolio of workstreams, partnering closely with senior programme leadership and executive stakeholders.
This is not a Programme Manager position. We're looking for someone who has operated as a PMO Manager or PMO Lead within complex, enterprise-scale environments and can add value from day one.
Responsibilities- Own governance, reporting and delivery assurance across a portfolio of technology workstreams
- Lead governance forums, portfolio reviews and stakeholder updates
- Produce high-quality executive reporting, dashboards and status updates
- Drive RAID management, dependency tracking and milestone oversight
- Ensure programme controls, standards and governance processes are consistently applied
- Partner with Programme Directors, technology leaders and senior business stakeholders
- Support resource planning, business case documentation and programme operations
- Facilitate alignment across multiple teams, regions and business units
- Provide insight and challenge to delivery teams to improve transparency and performance
- Proven experience as a PMO Manager, Senior PMO Manager or PMO Lead
- Minimum 3 years' experience operating at PMO Manager / Lead level
- Experience supporting large-scale technology transformation programmes
- Strong programme governance, controls and delivery assurance experience
- Extensive executive reporting and senior stakeholder management experience
- Strong RAID management, planning and dependency management skills
- Experience working across Agile and Waterfall delivery environments
- Ability to operate independently within complex, matrixed organisations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Technology standardisation or tool rationalisation programmes
- Global transformation programmes spanning multiple regions and business units
- Enterprise technology, infrastructure, security or development tooling programmes
- ServiceNow, Jira, Clarity, Planview, Power BI or similar PPM tools
- Experience working within regulated environments
