Are you passionate about learning, development and creating brilliant people experiences? This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading media and creative organisation as a Talent Development Coordinator, supporting a wide range of learning, wellbeing and development programmes across the business.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Talent Development team to coordinate and deliver initiatives such as learning programmes, wellbeing activities and internal development pathways. You’ll manage logistics, scheduling, communication, reporting and day-to-day administration to ensure everything runs smoothly and delivers a great experience for participants.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinating learning and development programmes, workshops and events
- Managing shared inboxes, participant queries and supplier communication
- Handling logistics: diaries, room bookings, virtual sessions and attendance tracking
- Supporting reporting, dashboards and learning data accuracy
- Keeping SharePoint resources and learning content up to date
- Supporting internal communications and programme newsletters
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in coordination, administration, HR or L&D support
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple tasks and stakeholders
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Comfortable working with data, trackers and digital tools
- Experience in media, creative or fast-paced environments is desirable
