We’re looking for a Talent Development Manager who’s passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences, someone who can balance strategy and creativity, and loves working with senior stakeholders to make things happen.
You’ll play a key role in shaping a culture of growth, partnering across teams to design and deliver impactful programmes that help managers and employees thrive.
What you’ll be doing:
- Designing and facilitating engaging learning experiences across all levels of the business
- Building new frameworks and initiatives from scratch — with freedom to innovate
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to identify needs and deliver solutions that drive performance
- Leading core management and leadership development programmes
- Measuring impact and ensuring learning truly sticks
