We’re partnering with a globally recognised travel and technology platform to hire a Spanish-speaking Market Associate to support their growing Hotels team across EMEA. This role sits at the heart of partner onboarding, ensuring hotel partners move smoothly from signed agreement to fully live listings on the platform. You’ll work closely with sales teams, hotel partners, and internal operational stakeholders to deliver a seamless onboarding experience while helping reduce time-to-live for new listings. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for hotel partners joining the platform.
- Support partners through listing readiness, connectivity setup, and configuration.
- Coordinate pricing, availability mapping, and channel manager integrations.
- Complete KYC and legal/compliance onboarding checks.
- Use internal systems and outreach tools to manage workflows and partner communication.
- Drive timely follow-up and task completion to ensure hotels go live quickly.
- Work closely with sales and account management teams across EMEA.
- Deliver a high-touch, partner-first onboarding experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent or highly proficient Spanish language skills.
- Strong organisational and administrative capabilities.
- Experience managing multiple workflows and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent written communication and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working within structured processes and high-volume environments.
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM or workflow tools.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving environment.
