Benefits Advisor London / Hybrid A global professional services organisation is looking for a Benefits Advisor to join their growing HR Reward team based in London. You will play a key role in annual renewals, benefits communications, employee engagement initiatives and reward-related projects, while helping to ensure the firm’s benefits offering remains competitive and aligned to business strategy. Support the delivery and management of global employee benefits programmes Drive engagement with the total reward offering through creative communications and initiatives Analyse benefits data and provide insights to support decision making Maintain benefits policies, documentation and compliance processes Assist with wider reward projects and continuous improvement initiatives Previous experience within a Reward, Compensation & Benefits or Benefits Advisor role Strong Excel and data analysis capability Experience within professional services, legal or corporate environments would be advantageous This role would suit someone looking to step into a broader global reward position within a supportive and forward-thinking HR team.
