We’re seeking an experienced Commercial Operations Lead to manage a high‑performing team and drive transformation across commercial operations.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop a cross‑geography commercial operations team.
- Oversee deal governance, risk management, and workload planning.
- Improve and streamline commercial processes for scalability and efficiency.
- Support implementation of CLM systems, including AI‑enabled reporting.
- Track regulatory and procurement changes and support strategic decision‑making.
- Oversee major framework re‑tenders in partnership with bid and commercial teams.
What You Bring
- Strong experience in commercial governance and contract lifecycle management.
- Proven leadership and team‑management capability.
- Background in operational/process optimisation.
