We’re looking for an experienced Business Program Manager to join a high-performing global technology environment supporting complex logistics, operations, and cross-functional program delivery.

Location: Hybrid (Tuesday–Thursday in office)

Contract: ASAP – 1st March 2027

Rate: £35.64 per hour

Working Hours: 9-6pm

In this role, you will lead and coordinate end-to-end operational and program activities across multiple stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution, compliance, process optimization, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive cross-functional program management activities across the full project lifecycle
  • Establish and improve scalable operational processes and logistics workflows
  • Partner with internal teams and external suppliers to manage shipping documentation, customs compliance, and logistics execution
  • Track and monitor shipments from request through to final delivery, proactively resolving risks and bottlenecks
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships across research, engineering, operations, and logistics teams
  • Develop program roadmaps, OKRs, metrics, and executive-level communications
  • Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency and program outcomes
  • Support strategic planning, risk management, resource coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives
We’re looking for candidates with:
  • Strong Program Management experience
  • Logistics or supply chain coordination exposure
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects independently
  • Strong analytical, operational, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience with spreadsheets, tracking tools, and operational reporting
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, global environments
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with shipping processes, customs documentation, and Incoterms
  • Technology, engineering, or research operations background
  • Experience driving process automation and operational excellence
