A leading UK organisation is looking for a Benefits & Pensions Analyst to join their growing Reward team during an exciting period of transformation and growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in reward, benefits, pensions, or compensation analysis who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in shaping reward processes and employee offerings across a large, multi-brand business.
The Role
Reporting into the Benefits & Pensions Lead, you will support both the day-to-day administration and the ongoing development of the company’s benefits and pensions offering. The role combines strong analytical work with stakeholder engagement and process improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting reward and benefits initiatives across the business
- Assisting with salary review, bonus, and incentive processes
- Reconciling payroll against benefits and pension schemes
- Producing reporting, dashboards, and data insights for stakeholders
- Supporting governance and compliance across reward and pensions
- Leading on reporting projects including Gender Pay Gap analysis
- Reviewing and improving reward-related processes and data accuracy
- Supporting benchmarking and market analysis activities
About You
You will ideally have experience within reward, compensation & benefits, pensions, payroll analysis, or HR analytics. The successful candidate will have:
- Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel and PowerBI)
- Experience working with benefits and/or pensions data
- Exposure to salary reviews, bonus processes, or compensation analysis
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong Excel and data manipulation skills
- Confidence working with stakeholders across the business
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
