Food Branding Creative
Location: UK, London – Hybrid
Length: 2 June 2025 – 29 May 2026
Our client is an entertainment tech powerhouse, they are looking for an experienced branding creative that has worked in the Food/Beverage Production/Development industry and ideally also have branding partnerships experience (gained from the F&B industry). You will be an integral part of the EMEA Product Development team covering all food and beverage product development aspects of the business across all local markets from a branding/creative perspective. Working with the brand partnerships team on any x-functional F&B initiatives ideally you will also have some licensing expereince.
Responsibilities
- Manage freelancers and outside agencies in the development of creative tools, such as mood boards, product mock ups and other needs to assist in driving the creative direction of products from Infant to Adult.
- Partner with licensees to drive innovation and supply feedback from concept to final product approval ensuring brand vision, design quality and product integrity.
- Manage and maintain product approvals in a timely manner through the internal product approval system.
- Build and maintain close relationships with cross functional teams such as Licensing, MSD and Retail Marketing to support overall brand vision.
- Align with key stakeholders across content makers, brand partnerships, BLA, creative marketing and regional marketing teams where applicable to maximize the impact of our strategies.
Experience & Skills
- 8+ years of experience in directing creative vision for food and beverage product development categories, with either vertical or entertainment/licensed brands or retail.
- Strong desire to think outside the box and innovate – exercising storytelling and joy through creative execution and product development.
- Ongoing observation and knowledge of f&b trends and npd, and the ability to apply that knowledge to direct brand vision and create compelling products.
- Understanding of the competitive brand and European retail landscape.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with contractors and agencies in soliciting creative projects and deliverables.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and digital.
- Essential project and time management skills.
- Multilingual is advantageous.
- EMEA regional experience.
- Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills are a must.
