Food Development Product Designer
Location: UK, London

Overview
We are looking for someone with food product development experience, ideally in licensing, and experience in working with brand partnerships. You will be an integral part of the EMEA Product Development team, covering all aspects of food and beverage product development across local markets. Collaborate with the brand partnerships team on cross-functional F&B initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage freelancers and outside agencies in developing creative tools such as mood boards and product mock-ups to drive the creative direction from infant to adult products.
- Partner with licensees to drive innovation, provide feedback from concept to product approval, ensuring brand vision, design quality, and product integrity.
- Manage and ensure timely product approvals through internal systems.
- Maintain close relationships with cross-functional teams like Licensing, MSD, and Retail Marketing to support brand vision.
- Coordinate with content creators, brand partnerships, BLA, creative marketing, and regional teams to maximize strategic impact.
Experience & Skills
- 8+ years in leading creative vision in food and beverage product development, with experience in licensed brands or retail.
- A passion for innovation, storytelling, and creating joyful products.
- Knowledge of F&B trends, NPD, and ability to apply insights to brand development.
- Understanding of the European retail landscape and competitive brands.
- Effective communication with contractors and agencies.
- Excellent verbal and digital communication skills.
- Strong project and time management abilities.
- Multilingual skills are advantageous.
- Regional experience in EMEA.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
