London, King’s Cross | Primarily onsite, 4–5 days per week £38.00 per hour PAYE + eligibility for a 10% company bonus

We’re looking for an experienced Executive Experiences Coordinator to join a leading global technology organisation and support the delivery of high-quality executive briefings and immersive experiences for senior partners and clients. Based at the organisation’s Executive Briefing Centre in King’s Cross, you’ll play a key role in creating seamless, polished experiences for visiting senior executives — managing everything from detailed planning and hospitality through to onsite delivery. This is a highly visible, hands‑on role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys working with senior stakeholders and has exceptional attention to detail.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing the day‑to‑day readiness and operation of the Executive Briefing Centre
  • Coordinating executive hospitality, including catering, transportation, hotels, room setups, signage, swag and amenities
  • Welcoming and escorting visiting executives and ensuring a seamless onsite experience
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of VIP executive briefings and events
  • Coordinating with security, facilities, A/V, culinary, sales and other internal teams
  • Managing external vendors and suppliers to ensure consistently high standards
  • Creating and maintaining digital briefing pages, agendas and speaker information
  • Managing schedules, resource bookings, inventory and programme documentation
  • Supporting a global executive swag programme
  • Collaborating with London-based and international teams across different time zones

What we’re looking for:

  • 4–6 years’ experience within executive engagement, VIP events, hospitality, event operations or programme coordination
  • Experience delivering executive-level programmes or high-profile events
  • Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
  • Excellent organisation and exceptional attention to detail
  • Confidence working directly with senior executives and VIP guests
  • A proactive approach and the ability to handle last‑minute changes calmly
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience using Google Workspace or comparable digital tools
  • Comfortable working primarily onsite in King’s Cross, 4–5 days per week
  • Experience within a global or technology organisation, executive briefing centre, corporate hospitality programme, consumer electronics or emerging technology environment would be particularly useful.
