Our client in the Tech space is looking for an Executive Assistant to Snr Exec. This role will be highly demanding and may not be your standard 9 – 5, regular hours may include international time zones, this Snr Exec will require business & personal support. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting high profile individuals within a global complex network company and understand the demands that this type of role may bring. This role is hybrid and based in Central London. This role may also involve UK & international travel.
Duties may include ( but not limited to ) :
- Meticulous diary management
- Events
- Complex diary management – across time zones
- Minute taking
- Complex travel arrangements – strategic planning of itineraries
- Project management
- High profile Stakeholder management
- Meeting agenda's and presentations ( including PowerPoint )
- Actively seeking ways to improve business processes and analysing results
- Expenses, purchase orders etc
- Support the wider Exec Team C-Suite team as needed.
