My Client is a Global Tech Consumer Powerhouse. They are looking for a motivated, customer-obsessed, analytical Digital Marketing Manager to develop and deliver marketing programs that delight their customers and deepen their relationship with Adverts. My client's Advertising Solutions division is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for brand advertisers, agencies, authors, and entrepreneurs. You will build cross-channel digital marketing programs that deliver an innovative, relevant, and delightful experience for the target audience.
Key job responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and execute cross-channel marketing initiatives that drive adoption of Ads solutions.
- Leverage modern marketing automation tools to build multi-step campaigns that inform advertisers of new product developments, promotions, and optimization opportunities.
- Partner with program owners and own the channel strategy to iterate and test different ways to communicate key messages.
- Work and think cross-channel, targeting the messaging to the appropriate media or mix of media where necessary.
- Optimise against key metrics including CTR, open rates, attribution metrics, and engagement.
- Leverage in-house CRM tools to increase campaign performance.
- Track best practices, monitor industry trends, and make recommendations.
- Provide clear, consistent, and frequent communication with stakeholders to outline strategy, tactics, goals, and performance of campaigns.
To be considered you must have:
- Experience in B2B, digital advertising, and ad-tech products/services.
- Experience with Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Strong execution capability with highest standards in a rapidly evolving business.
- Experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Product Management, Marketing, PR, Legal, and Research.
- The ability to comfortably and confidently work with both technical and non-technical individuals.
- Strong understanding of SQL and data processing tools.
- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, analytics, and CRM for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation.
- Basic SQL knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or other related area.
